You come up with hooks, formats and campaigns that get people excited. Ideas, ideas, ideas. You pull them from trends, from DMs, from everyday life and translate them to our brand.
Qualifications
You are absolutely obsessed with content. Hooks, copy, formats, trends, you study them because you can't help it. You have already built hundreds of reels/videos/posts that have worked.
You have a flair for creators and a network to activate. You are data-savvy enough to know what works and honest enough to kill what doesn't. You take 100% ownership, work independently and don't need anyone to push you.
You are passionate about beauty, brands and building yourself up. German at native language level.
