We are looking for someone who already deploys autonomously, who combines engineering, empathy and business thinking, and who wants to grow within one of the most complete roles at Vozy.What you will doDeploy voice agents with AI without supervision for standard cases, leading end-to-end implementations of medium complexity.Build and optimize prompts and conversational flows to improve resolution and reduce fallback to human.Configure integrations with client systems (CRM, ticketing, APIs).Do Autonomous troubleshooting of agents in production and resolve incidents with judgment.Understand and read the agent's success metrics (success rate, contention, CSAT) and present data to the client.Manage the direct operational relationship with the client and contribute to an agile TTV in your implementations.Document reusable patterns and share best practices with the rest of the FDE team.What you needExperience configuring and deploying conversational agents or designing conversational flows.Proficiency in Python (Java or JavaScript is a plus) and version control with Git.Applied experience in generative AI and prompting - at Vozy, understanding the AI behind the agent is part of the job, not an extra.
Solid understanding of software design, integration of APIs and databases (relational and non-relational). Ability to read performance dashboards and translate metrics into improvements. Excellent communication and teamwork skills - remember: at Vozy, internal service is the condition of external service.
