Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship

The apprentice will experience all aspects of manufacturing, gaining experience in departments such as: Stores Surface mount assembly Conventional assembly Test and inspection (Quality Control) Electromechanical assembly Learn about manufacturing processes Programming of equipment Problem solving Production engineering They will be supported by a mentor who will help in developing skills and follow the training plan. For the right person there is the opportunity to progress to a permanent role within DJ Assembly, joining the team on a full-time basis.
