Your tasks: Inbound communication: telephone and written processing of inquiries - always with a focus on excellent customer service. Solution-oriented work: You answer customer questions, solve problems and ensure a positive customer experience. Professional support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualifications

What you bring with you: Location: You live in another EU country and have a registered business with a VAT ID Experience in customer service: You have already worked as an agent or in a similar role. Language skills: You speak and write German at level C1 or C2 - clear, error-free and customer-oriented. Strong communication skills: friendly demeanor, solution-oriented work and confident expression in speech and writing.

Basic technical knowledge: You are confident in using common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.Freelancer status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
