A lot. And to sustain this growth, we are looking for a person who will be a motivation and support machine; a pure Academic Coach focused on guiding, accompanying and ensuring that our students go "From Zero to Hero" with total success. What would your role be?

The mission is simple: guarantee that each Learning Heroes student has the support, drive and accompaniment necessary to successfully complete their training. You are the human bridge between the training area and the student. Your goal is not just to "answer support questions"; It is about proactive and intelligent follow-up, maximizing program completion rates, boosting engagement, and ensuring that no one is left behind along the way.

Thanks to you, the training experience will be excellent and we will turn students into true heroes of disruptive technologies.SkillsWe are not looking for a mere platform administrator. We are looking for a motivated tutor and guide with 4 critical skills: Proactive support and pure empathy: You are great at connecting with people. You will be in charge of the academic onboarding of new students, explaining how the ecosystem works, and you will maintain periodic monitoring (by email, WhatsApp or video call).

You have a natural radar to detect blockages or difficulties before the student becomes frustrated, applying personalized strategies to motivate them and reduce dropout. Passion for technical-academic support: You are enthusiastic and have a great interest in disruptive technologies (AI, Trading, Crypto, among others). You are not afraid to answer questions about this content and you are able to guide everyone from a beginner profile to advanced users.

In addition, you know exactly when to quickly refer the most complex doubts to the trainers or the technical team. Vision of continuous improvement and dynamization: You understand that student feedback is gold. You will work closely with the Training, Product and Support teams to optimize materials, processes and the overall student experience.

You love participating in the creation of engagement dynamics, gamification and community initiatives to keep students active and taking advantage of live classes, recordings and materials.Autonomy, organization and control of metrics (Accountability): You move quickly in dynamic environments and master internal management. You will keep the CRM and tracking systems up to date, reporting key metrics such as attendance, satisfaction, interaction and completion rates. You have previous experience (1 to 3 years) in student service, customer success or academic coaching, ideally in startups or digital educational projects.
