You build scalable operating systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure teams deliver measurable outcomes. Own operational KPIs, improve efficiency, and build systems that support rapid scaling.Design and implement scalable workflows, dashboards, and operating cadences that create clarity, accountability, and consistency across teams.Drive cross-functional coordination by working closely with product, technology, marketing, customer, and commercial teams. Act as a central point to unblock issues and keep initiatives moving.Support market expansion and scaling efforts by coordinating local operational readiness, office setup, and execution of go-to-market activities.Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
