Customer Service Representative - French-SpeakingLocation: EdinburghContract Type: Permanent, Full timeLanguage Requirement: Fluent/Native FrenchAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice of Trainline, helping our customers by phone with anything from journey planning to resolving tricky travel questions. We're operating a hybrid model and ask that Trainliners work from the office a minimum of 60% of their time over a 12-week period.
