Tasks If you like making phone calls, want to interview people on the phone using a given questionnaire and have good knowledge of German, you can start with us as a telephone interviewer in market and social research. What we do Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can be incorporated into the development of products or services and into public decisions.

Market and opinion research wants to collect opinions - but doesn't sell anything and doesn't advertise. It's about scientific studies. Working from home is possible at the following times: Working days: Mon-Fri between 3:45 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.

Weekends: Sat-Sun between 10:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. You can freely choose your working hours within these periods. A work assignment should last at least 3 hours.

Good telephone interviewers/telephone operators have the following important characteristics: Enjoy making telephone calls and dealing with people A friendly and likeable telephone voice A clear and articulate pronunciation A confident demeanor on the telephone Flexibility, team spirit, reliability and commitment A careful and precise way of working Good PC skills The mini-job as an interviewer is well suited for career changers. Minimum age: 18 years Since you are carrying out this task as part of a mini-job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other part-time employment are required.
