User Research & Users You conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs of users. You will use methods such as interviews, surveys and data analysis to create personas and customer journeys that guide the design process. Prototyping & Wireframing You develop ideas and visualize them in the form of wireframes and interactive prototypes in order to test and optimize them with users.
Your concepts help teams and stakeholders clearly understand and further develop design ideas. Usability testing & design optimization You plan and conduct usability tests to ensure that your designs are intuitive and user-friendly. By evaluating test results, you collect feedback that flows directly into optimizing the user interface.
Product & User Experience Design You design the experience and user interface of the product so that it both looks good and is easy to use. You create prototypes and designs that show how the product should look and work. Tracking & Analysis You observe how users interact with the product to find out whether the design works.
With this information, you can further improve the design and ensure it meets users' needs.
