Our team is growing and we are looking for reinforcements to support our customers in their everyday lives. Tasks You are the first point of contact for our users and ensure that inquiries are processed quickly and cleanly. Specifically: You process incoming support tickets and email inquiries in a friendly, clear and solution-oriented manner You record bug reports, document them carefully and forward them to the development team You support with administrative tasks relating to customers and billing, such as invoice runs, checking payments and maintaining customer data You help convert recurring questions into templates and help articles

Qualifications

Basic technical understanding. You don't have to be able to develop, but you can quickly find your way around software products Careful, structured way of working, especially with administrative and billing-related tasks Enjoy helping people and clarifying things Reliability and independence Very good knowledge of spoken and written German
