Whether the instruction is for pre-emptive advice/investigations or upon litigation our aim to provide a clear strategy from the outset.
What you will do?In the senior roles, effectively running your own case load of complex injury files to ensure deadlines are met and cases managed proactively to conclusion Devising a clear case strategy which is adhered to, ensuring cases are run smoothly and balance the commercial interests of both the Firm and the clientIn the case of the more junior roles, assist senior fee earners on complex and higher value cases and Partners on multi-million-pound claimsFor all roles, ensure work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of the clients, the commercial

of the firm and the quality standards to include:Adherence to internal and client SLAs, KPIs and protocols Achievement of agreed financial targetsPrompt billing and collection of WIP and disbursements Prompt and accurate provision of MIApplying appropriate and current technical expertise and case lawEffectively managing risk and compliance issues within each case, ensuring any emerging problems are escalated promptly to your supervisor in the first instanceEngaging with clients where appropriate to maximise opportunities to meet and build rapport with clients, at all times acting as an ambassador of the firmContribute to Business Development and client relationship activity in support of the Client Relationship Partner where requiredMaintaining and developing technical knowledge through attendance at training sessions and reading appropriate publications Who you arePrevious experience of working or assisting on either Personal Injury, EL/PL or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims, or a keen interest in this area of lawA high level of personal compliance with firm protocols and proceduresGood legal knowledge relevant to their area of expertiseAn ability to adopt a commercial perspective to legal issues.
