This role partners closely with client stakeholders to translate talent strategies into scalable system solutions across areas such as recruiting, internal mobility, career planning, skills intelligence, and workforce planning.This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional knowledge, consulting presence, and hands-on configuration expertise.

into functional design documentationSupport data mapping, integrations, testing, and deploymentImplementation & OptimizationConfigure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and Career HubConduct system testing and support UATGuide clients through change management and adoption strategiesDeliver end-user and administrator trainingAdvisory & Thought LeadershipAdvise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planningIdentify opportunities to optimize talent processes through automation and analyticsStay current on Eightfold product releases and industry best practices
Qualifications
