As we expand our Talent practice, we are looking for experienced Eightfold consultants to help clients unlock the full value of their talent strategy.The Role The Eightfold Consultant, Talent Management will lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of Eightfold AI’s Talent Intelligence Platform.

This role partners closely with client stakeholders to translate talent strategies into scalable system solutions across areas such as recruiting, internal mobility, career planning, skills intelligence, and workforce planning.This is a client-facing role requiring strong functional knowledge, consulting presence, and hands-on configuration expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & DeliveryLead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goalsDesign and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practicesProvide expertise across recruiting, internal mobility, skills architecture, career pathing, and workforce planningTranslate business

Requirements

into functional design documentationSupport data mapping, integrations, testing, and deploymentImplementation & OptimizationConfigure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and Career HubConduct system testing and support UATGuide clients through change management and adoption strategiesDeliver end-user and administrator trainingAdvisory & Thought LeadershipAdvise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planningIdentify opportunities to optimize talent processes through automation and analyticsStay current on Eightfold product releases and industry best practices

Qualifications
