Location: Remote (U.S.) with travel, including to Boston, MAWhy This RoleThis is a high-impact leadership role for candidates coming from management consulting, healthcare strategy, or complex implementation environments who want to drive enterprise-level transformation.You will lead and scale multi-site, highly complex healthcare implementations, partnering directly with senior stakeholders and executives to shape strategy, drive execution, and deliver lasting operational change across health systems.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end execution of large-scale specialty pharmacy and healthcare transformation programsOwn program strategy, governance, and execution across multiple concurrent implementationsAct as central PMO lead, driving alignment across clinical, IT/EMR, AI, 340B, payer, and operational workstreamsPartner with executive stakeholders (internal and external) to drive decision-making and ensure successful outcomesOversee go-live readiness, execution, and post-launch optimizationIdentify and solve complex operational challenges, balancing short-term milestones with long-term scalabilityBuild and refine playbooks, frameworks, and standardized processes to scale implementations across the organizationDrive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new technologies (including AI/automation)What We’re Looking For4-6+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or implementation rolesStrong experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs end-to-endProven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations across teams and stakeholdersExperience working directly with senior leaders and influencing without authorityDeep understanding of healthcare operations, pharmacy, or clinical workflowsAdvanced project/program management and problem-solving skillsPreferredManagement consulting background (Big 4 or boutique)Experience in specialty pharmacy, 340B, or outpatient clinical programsFamiliarity with EMR systems and healthcare technology integrationsExperience building or scaling PMO structures or implementation frameworksPMP, Lean Six Sigma, MBA, MHA, or similar
