Client Implementation & DeliverySupport end-to-end Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementationsParticipate in discovery and design sessions to gather business

Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modulesAssist in translating client needs into functional system designSolution Design & ConfigurationConfigure key areas including: absence plans and accruals, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules and calendars, time entry, approvals,, and exceptionsSupport functional design documentationValidate system configurations with client stakeholdersTesting & DeploymentSupport system testing and validationAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT)Help guide clients through go-live readinessTroubleshoot and resolve configuration issuesPost-Production SupportSupport clients with enhancements and optimizationProvide guidance on Workday updates and new featuresAssist with reporting and audit support related to Absence and Time TrackingTravel ExpectationsTravel up to 20 - 30%, depending on client
