Do you want to get involved? What will you do at Imagicle - Installation and configuration of hardware, software, networks and corporate systems - Monitoring and maintenance of workstations, servers and network infrastructure - Management and evolution of the IT infrastructure (Firewalls, Active Directory, E-mails, anti-malware, UC systems, development systems and security tools) - Management of laboratory infrastructures: creation, updating and maintenance of virtual machines - Internal technical support via ticket system, chat, video calls and telephone - Timely management of incidents and requests for assistance - IT onboarding: PC preparation, account creation, tool configuration (E-mail, collaboration, UC, security) - Maintenance and replacement of IT equipment - Support for IT security activities (access control, logging, monitoring, SSO/MFA, encryption, mobile management, vulnerability assessment) - Documentation and support for AI training activities for agents and bots for internal use - Active contribution with ideas and improvements for processes and infrastructures
What We are Looking For
