Salary: £18,000 - 18,000 per year

Requirements

: Proven experience as a Security Architect within MOD or defence environmentsStrong knowledge of secure system design, networks, cloud, and infrastructure securityExperience working within highly regulated, classified environmentsAbility to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong documentation and governance skills Responsibilities: Design and own end-to-end security architectures aligned with MOD and defence standardsProvide security assurance across system designs, solutions, and integrationsConduct threat modelling, risk assessments, and security design reviewsEnsure compliance with relevant frameworks including JSP 440, JSP 604, NIST, ISO 27001, and MOD security policiesWork closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, and engineering teamsSupport accreditation and assurance activities, including engagement with MOD security stakeholdersProduce and maintain security architecture documentation and artefacts Technologies: ArchitectCloudSupportJSPSecurity More: We are seeking an experienced MOD DV Cleared Security Architect to support a major UK defence programme based in Warton.
