Then nscon could be your new job to start with. 🔧 What you can expect from us: You work in projects with real depth - for example: You plan and operate a highly available network for a nationwide retail infrastructure You introduce a complete WLAN environment with NAC and 802.1X for an energy supplier You support the migration to an SD-WAN-based network with Cisco Viptela/Catalyst SD-WAN or Fortinet You analyze disruptions in a network stack internationally active production company You orchestrate AI agents with n8n to automate repetitive network tasks You build and maintain a single source of truth (SSoT/NSoT) with Netbox or Nautobot Your tasks: Build, transform and operate complex WAN, LAN, WLAN infrastructures Migrations & rollouts - from classic networks to SDN approaches Build and maintain a network source of truth (Netbox, Nautobot) as an intelligent inventory and documentation basis Orchestration of AI agents (e.g. with n8n) - you become the manager for your agents and give precise instructions Troubleshooting & log analysis - you recognize bottlenecks before they become a problem Incident, change & problem management according to ITIL standards Design & documentation of sophisticated network architectures, SOPs and operating models Advice on new technologies, including manufacturer comparison & roadmapping (partial) project responsibility, if you want

Qualifications

🧠 What you should bring: You don't have to be perfect at everything, but you should be willing to learn and develop. The following knowledge and interests are particularly important to us: CCNA, CCNP or CCIE - plus you have so much practical experience that you can move confidently through a wide range of architectures and technical orchestrations Critical thinking in relation to AI - you question results, check whether the agent did what you wanted and take responsibility for the outputs WAN: Routing, MPLS, IPsec, DMVPN, SD-WAN, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP LAN: switching, VLAN & trunking (802.1Q), port security, STP, CDP/LLDP WLAN: WPA 2 & 3, WLAN controller, 802.11 ac/ax/be (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E/7) VPN: IPsec, IKEv1/v2, TLS-based VPNs, remote access concepts Troubleshooting & analysis: e.g. B. with Wireshark, tcpdump, packet tracer interfaces, protocols & formats, such as REST APIs, SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow and YAML/JSON, as well as tools like Postman or Bruno.
