In order to further advance our mission, we are looking for you as a Tracking Specialist (m/f/d) Tasks Your area of responsibility Tracking setup & architecture: You build new tracking setups (usually via Google Tag Manager) and strategically develop existing implementations. Monitoring & Troubleshooting: You monitor ongoing tracking setups, analyze sources of errors and resolve issues in pixel, tag and analytics implementations in a structured and sustainable manner. Analytics & Pixel Management: You maintain and optimize existing Google Analytics and Marketing Pixel implementations and ensure a clean, valid data basis.

Qualifications
Your background experience: At least 2 years of experience in web tracking or performance marketing. Analytics know-how: Very good knowledge of Google Analytics (ideally GA4). Working method: Structured, organized and solution-oriented approach.
Analytical understanding: Strong business thinking and strong conceptual and analytical skills. Customer orientation: High service standards and professional appearance towards customers. Soft skills: ability to work in a team, clear communication and a high level of initiative and personal responsibility.
