We are looking for a Senior Growth Manager who will take responsibility for our entire growth engine - from customer acquisition, conversion and retention to the long-term profitability of our subscription brand. You don't think in terms of individual campaigns, but rather in growth systems. You understand how paid acquisition, landing pages, quiz funnels, checkouts, email marketing and retention work together and how customer lifetime value can be sustainably increased.
You work closely with our founder, make data-based decisions and continuously develop our growth strategy. Tasks As a Senior Growth Manager, you are responsible for our entire growth engine and continuously develop it. Performance Marketing You are responsible for our performance marketing strategy as well as the operational management of our advertising accounts.
You analyze the performance of our campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Rule1 and Triple Whale every day. You independently make budget, testing and scaling decisions based on relevant KPIs. You develop structured creative testing frameworks and decide which hooks, creatives and concepts to scale or pause.
You develop target group strategies for cold, warm and retargeting audiences. You work closely with our creative strategist and give data-based performance briefings with clear recommendations for action. Funnel & Conversion Optimization You are responsible for the performance of our entire customer funnel - from the first ad to the purchase.
You continuously analyze and optimize our quiz funnel. You continuously develop landing pages through data-based A/B tests. You optimize checkout, upsell and post-purchase processes with a focus on conversion rate, average order value and profitability.
You develop new testing hypotheses and implement structured experiments independently. Retention & Subscription Growth You analyze the performance of our Klaviyo flows and continuously develop our lifecycle marketing strategy. You optimize repeat purchase rates, customer lifetime value and subscription retention.
You analyze the behavior of different customer groups over time and derive concrete growth measures from this. Data & Attribution You are responsible for our tracking and attribution structure and ensure a clean database. You will continuously develop Triple Whale and our tracking infrastructure.
You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA and profitability and derive data-based decisions from them. You create weekly performance reports including concrete recommendations for action. You analyze marketing expenses in relation to cost of goods and profitability and develop sustainable scaling strategies.
Strategic growth You will develop our monthly growth strategy together with the founder. You identify new growth potential and test new channels such as TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads. You plan the performance side of future product launches.
You support our international expansion - especially the planned entry into the US market. You question existing processes and continuously develop our entire growth engine.
Qualifications
Qualifications
You have at least 3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing in the D2C or e-commerce environment. You have already successfully managed and scaled meta advertising budgets of at least €200,000 per month. You understand the entire growth funnel - from paid ads to landing pages and quiz funnels to checkout, email marketing, subscription and retention.
You work data-driven and can derive concrete growth decisions from KPIs. You have practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Rule1, Triple Whale, Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4. You develop strategic growth plans and implement them independently.
