The core team consistently rebuilds the product landscape into an agentically developed system.

We are not looking for another classic developer, but rather a person who already lives GenAI engineering as a daily practice: You use Claude Code as your primary development tool, coordinate several agents in parallel and thus multiply your output many times over compared to manual programming. Your task AI orchestration as a core competency: You think in agent pipelines instead of individual prompts. You control Claude Code (and comparable agentic frameworks) so that several agents work in parallel on features, refactorings and tests and you evaluate, curate and correct their results in a targeted manner.

Maximize the product landscape: You identify where the existing code base (Java backend, JavaScript frontend) can be made faster, more robust and more maintainable through AI-supported new and further development and implement this independently. Architecture & quality control: You understand, validate and securely integrate AI-generated code into existing architectures. You define the guardrails (tests, reviews, best practices) that turn agent output into reliable software.Technical conception in the core team: Together with the core team, you develop new ideas and technologies for backend and frontend and incorporate AI workflows into the entire development process.Performance & Scaling: You design and implement measures for quality assurance and performance optimization.Technical sparring partner: As last-level support and contact person for You will be responsible for translating product managers and sales between business
