Requirements
- Strong experience in outbound tele or inside sales, ideally in high-volume environments (up to 100 calls/day) - Background in tele sales, SaaS/tech, or recruitment-related services is preferred - CRM-savvy and comfortable juggling multiple leads at different sales stages - Resilient, detail-oriented and outcome-driven - with a genuine passion for helping people and businesses succeed - Strong communicator - both verbal and written; being able to speak Bisaya is a bonus! - Bachelor’s degree in any field
