Graphic designer / media designer (digital) - 100% remote (m/f/d)

Hey - I'm Julian, founder of retentionclub. For over 4 years everything has revolved around one question for me: How does a one-time buyer become a real fan? I build customer loyalty for e-commerce brands, every day, with passion.

I'm looking for someone with real graphics craftsmanship - not an assembly line job, but responsibility for designs that run live with our customers. No “make the template more colorful”, but rather your own templates, your own style, real feedback. You don't just want to complete tasks, you want to actually see and take responsibility for your design?

Qualifications

Learned graphic design or media design - regardless of whether training, studying or learning by doing Fit in Canva, Photoshop or comparable tools Eye for layout, typography, visual clarity Feedback is for you Input, not an attack Really reads through things before they start (include the sentence "E-mail marketing is definitely great!" somewhere in your cover letter - that way we know you've read this far)
