**ABOUT NEOLYMP **NEOLYMP is a fitness brand from Berlin that was founded in 2018 and develops high-quality fitness products - from pull-up bars to fitness bands to walking pads. We successfully sell our products via Amazon and our own online shop. As a fast-growing e-commerce brand, we are continually working to further develop our processes and build competencies internally.

A particular focus is on building our in-house graphics department and developing modern, AI-supported creative processes. As a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will develop organic content strategies, further expand our creator network and ensure that creative ideas are turned into content that inspires our target group and at the same time achieves measurable results. Together with our marketing, graphics and performance team, you will develop content that impresses both organically and in performance marketing.

Tasks YOUR TASKS Social media management: You will manage our social media channels - especially Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook - and ensure a professional and consistent brand presence. Content planning: You plan and coordinate our organic content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook and ensure a consistent brand presence across all channels. Creator Marketing: You identify suitable UGC and content creators, take over communication and coordination, and build long-term partnerships.

UGC management: You coordinate the collaboration with our creators, organize the content workflow, check submitted content and ensure that content is available complete, on time and ready for use. Community & Analysis: You publish content on our social media channels, support our community and analyze the performance of our posts. From the insights gained, you derive optimization potential and new content ideas.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING Experience in social media & creator marketing: You have practical experience in the areas of social media, content marketing, creator marketing or UGC and know the
