Qualifications
5+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, with experience owning content from discovery through delivery and iterationStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or regulated informationExperience conducting content audits, research, and developing data-informed content strategiesSolid understanding of information architecture, content structures (taxonomies, models), and findability, with familiarity in accessibility and brand/style standardsProven cross-functional collaboration and a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end work and measurable impactPreferred
