In concrete terms, this means: You take on projects from the first method discussion to the final submission. You analyze data (R, Python, SPSS, MAXQDA - depending on what the project requires), revise scientific texts, explain methods calmly and clearly to doctoral students, give feedback, meet deadlines and make decisions without anyone having to take you by the hand. You have worked specifically with R, Python, SPSS or MAXQDA in the last 12 months - not just during your studies. Experience in explaining methods - as a tutor, tutor, trainer, working student in the department environment or in a comparable role. Anyone who has ever calmly explained statistics to learners has the most important soft skill: emotional stability.

If a client panics, you stay calm. If three mandates are burning at the same time, sort them methodically instead of letting yourself get infected. You take mistakes objectively, not personally.

Personal responsibility and commitment. You structure your day yourself, meet deadlines, deliver reliably - even when no one is looking. Resilience in intensive phases - not a fair-weather mentality.

German at C2 level - you have to correct texts and be able to argue clearly but respectfully with senior clients. Desire for private business, not a university atmosphere. Professional experience an advantage, but not a must.
