: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer, including working with data in production environments.Very good knowledge of SQL, including creating complex queries and their optimization for performance. Experience in using Python in the context of data processing and analysis (data processing, data analytics). Ability to analyze complex client processes and visualize results in BI tools.
Advanced competences in designing, conducting and interpreting complex A/B tests. Experience in conducting strategic initiatives as a topic owner (Single Thread Owner), with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders at the director level, with an emphasis on business implications. Ability to combine qualitative UX research and market analyzes with quantitative data in order to build a comprehensive picture of the problem and support product decisions.
