Bid Coordinator

A quick look at the role.As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in securing new business and retaining existing contracts by producing compelling, high-quality tender submissions. Working closely with our Regional Business Development and Account Management teams, you’ll ensure that every bid tells a powerful story and showcases our brand strengths.Your core responsibilitiesIdentifying and managing bid opportunities, distributing them to our Sales & Account Management teams for strategic reviewWriting and coordinating tenders for waste management services, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs)Producing clear, persuasive, and well-researched content that aligns with our brand values and key strengthsEnsuring impeccable quality control, with grammar-perfect, well-structured, and engaging submissionsCollaborating with internal teams to develop fresh, compelling bid material that evolves with industry advancementsSupporting business development research to strengthen bid strategy.Our essential

Requirements
