Now we are looking for the Operations Coordinator for one of our clients.Position Overview:Our client is a national residential design and engineering company supporting home builders and house‑plan platforms across the United States.

We operate as a fully remote, process‑driven team focused on producing consistent, high‑quality construction documents at scale.We are seeking an Entry‑ to Mid‑Level Structural Drafter to support our engineering team in the production of residential architectural and structural plans. This role works closely with engineers and project coordinators to ensure accurate, efficient, and code‑compliantdrawing sets.Primary Responsibilities:Develop new and/or modify existing single family residential plansPrepare structural drafting deliverables based on engineer layouts and markupsDraft wood‑framed residential structural plans including foundations, framing, sections,and detailsUpdate and revise drawings per engineering review commentsMaintain drawing consistency using PLIRIS templates and standardsCoordinate with project teams to meet production schedulesSecondary ResponsibilitiesAssist with detail library updates and template improvementsSupport production efficiency and quality‑control initiativesParticipate in daily team check‑ins and task coordination
