We support founders, managing directors and entrepreneurs in becoming visible - on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and beyond. We believe that strong companies need strong personalities.

That's why we don't develop classic social media channels, but rather personal brands with substance. If you don't just consume social media, but understand it, enjoy taking on responsibility and would like to work with exciting founders, we look forward to receiving your application. Tasks Together with our team, you will manage our customers' personal brands on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.

You develop creative content ideas and prepare them together with our strategists. You write social media posts, develop hooks, storylines and content formats. You support community management and ensure that real relationships emerge from outreach.

You coordinate content production, projects and customer communication. You prepare content, schedule articles and keep an eye on timings and editorial plans. You research trends, platform updates and new formats and actively contribute your own ideas to the team.

You support our customers in building their visibility - from LinkedIn to Instagram to podcasts, speaking engagements and PR opportunities.

Qualifications

You ideally have 1-2 years of experience in social media, personal branding or content marketing. You are interested in founders, start-ups, female entrepreneurship and personal brands. You enjoy writing and have a good feel for language, storytelling and different tones.

You work in a structured, reliable manner and think independently. You enjoy direct exchange with customers. You are curious, inquisitive and want to continually develop yourself.

You know tools like Canva, CapCut, Notion and ideally the first AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude. You have very good knowledge of German (C1 or better) and good knowledge of English.
