Video Editor / Social Media Manager (m/f/d), 17€/hour, remote (mini job/working student)

What it's about I am a management consultant and am building my personal brand around sales and entrepreneurship (Instagram almost 7,000 followers, plus YouTube and LinkedIn). I like being in front of the camera and filming myself - but editing and posting takes up my time. That's exactly where you come in.

Tasks What the job looks like I film myself with my DJI Osmo Pocket 4 and send you the raw material. You do the rest - completely remotely, whenever and wherever you want. You cut 7-8 reels per week from it: hook to the front, subtitles large in the picture, brutally shortened.

The style is deliberately simple - substance beats effects. It can be done quickly if you can do it. You plan and post the Reels on Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn - with small adjustments per platform.

You contribute format ideas and hook suggestions. The strategy is in place, but good ideas have short paths for me.

Qualifications

Who I'm looking for You edit quickly and cleanly (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci - no matter what, the result counts) You scroll through reels every day and have a feeling for why one hook works and one doesn't You are reliable and organize yourself - I don't want to be on the phone after you You like to work independently and remotely and meet your deadlines even without control Bonus, not a must: own account or first experience with business content.
