Join our team.This position is in support of US Southern Command under the Enhanced Domain Awareness contract. Our team shall refine the processes, technology, infrastructure, and personnel necessary to transition EDA into a scalable, distributed intelligence ecosystem. Leveraging the existing EDA infrastructure, this effort enhances cyber security, structured governance, metadata lineage, and data transformation capabilities of the command.Position OverviewThe Business Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving, and implementing business processes to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support organizational goals.
This role works closely with cross-functional teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, develop process improvement strategies, and implement solutions using data analysis, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. The Business Process Engineer also documents standard operating procedures, supports change management initiatives, monitors process performance metrics, and ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards. Qualifications
