You’ll take ownership of complex design problems from discovery through execution, helping define how retailers and brands manage ordering, purchasing, inventory, payments, and operations. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and other designers to deliver intuitive, scalable experiences across LeafLink’s platform. You’ll own end-to-end design for critical product areas: from early UX flows and wireframes to polished, production-ready UI.What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end product design for major initiatives across LeafLink’s platformsPartner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and roadmapTranslate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences. Prototype rapidly in code to validate ideas and ship your own designs to productionThink in flows and systems mapping complex user journeys while understanding state, context, and edge casesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Build and maintain Figma component libraries used across the platformConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with brands and retailers.
