Tasks 🙏🏻 WHAT EXPECTS YOU As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for our entire recruiting process - from search to hiring.

You actively expand our team and find the people who fit us and our culture perfectly. Your core tasks: Development of recruiting & sourcing strategies for the sales team & fulfillment team Active sourcing via social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Insta DM, ... ), job boards & networks Scanning & selection of candidates as well as conducting interviews (by telephone & virtual) Close collaboration with the hiring managers & team leads to fill the right roles Building & maintaining your own talent pipelines Creation of job advertisements & continuous optimization of the recruiting funnel Coordination of the Entire application process including onboarding handover

Qualifications

🙏🏻 WHAT YOU BRING: Demonstrable experience in recruiting (agency/start-up experience a plus) Full availability and the will to go the extra mile You are extremely strong in communication, empathetic and can inspire people You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You quickly recognize cultural fits and potential Fluent in spoken and written German
