Day-to-day, the role centers on editing, 2D motion graphics, color correction, and sound design - shaping narrative, pacing, and emotional impact while building animated titles, overlays, and branded motion systems. Success means consistent, high-impact multimedia outputs delivered on deadline, stronger creative-to-marketing collaboration, and measurable lifts in audience engagement and campaign performance. ##

Requirements

**Must-Have** - 5+ years of professional video editing and post-production experience - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for editing and 2D motion graphics - Portfolio demonstrating video storytelling, motion graphics, professional color correction/grading, and audio cleanup/sound design - Hands-on experience with the broader Adobe Creative Suite for supporting graphic and multimedia assets - Experience delivering video optimized for multiple platforms and formats (digital, social, brand) - Experience working in agency, studio, or multi-brand production environments - C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing collaboration and creative reviews **Nice-to-Have** - 3D motion graphics or animation experience (Blender or Cinema 4D) - Graphic design proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop - Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration - Client-facing presentation or creative review experience ##
