Key Responsibilities
Own discovery through delivery for everything from internal to clinician-facing and partner-facing productsTranslate ambiguous, complex workflows into intuitive, visually refined interfacesDrive UX research and user testing to ground design decisions in real user needsBuild and maintain a coherent design system that scales across productsCollaborate closely with product and engineering to ship high-quality work, not just high-quality mocksRaise the design bar across the organization by bringing a strong aesthetic sensibility and the conviction to defend it
Qualifications
