About the Role
We're are building out our Freelancer list with a focus on Producers based in LA, NYC, Miami and Austin. We are looking for detail-obsessed, hustle-friendly Experiential Producers to help plan and execute brand experiences, from pop-ups and campus tours to large-scale street activations. You'll own projects end to end, including: scoping, budgeting, vendor wrangling, timelines, permits, onsite ops, and post-event wrap.

Requirements
You Have 2-5 years in experiential/events/production, agency or brand sideExperience owning project coordination from start to finishStrong organization and follow-through; you live in spreadsheets and checklistsClear, professional communication with clients and vendors. Willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends as neededProficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with GSuite/Monday/Hubspot or similarExtra Points (Nice to Have)Hands-on experience with mobile/vehicle activations (food trucks, step vans, trailers), including wraps, generator/power, parking plans, and DOT basicsKnowledge of NYC/major-market permittingBasic Adobe/Canva skillsExperience with generative AlExperience staffing brand ambassadors and training teams onsiteComfort with measurement tools (QR flows, foot-traffic counters, surveys)A valid driver's license
