You work closely with experienced designers, development and project management and learn with every project. You bring fresh ideas, current trends and AI-supported design workflows to the team.

Who we are looking for You don't have to be a finished professional yet. What counts is your eye and your desire to get better: You are a registered student, ideally in the field of design, media design, communication design or something related. You have a good feel for design, typography, color and layout, and initial work that shows this (study projects count).
You are familiar with Figma, Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of video editing with Capcut or Adobe Premiere is a clear bonus. You don't see UX as decoration, but as function.
You think from the user perspective. For you, feedback is not an attack, but rather material. You take it, analyze it and get better.
You work reliably and independently, especially in the remote setup. You are confident in communicating in German.
