Your tasks at a glancePlan, control and profitably scale Meta & TikTok campaigns 5 to 6 figure budgets on ROAS, POAS & CAC Optimize Develop & test creative concepts (UGC, Founder Ads, hooks, formats, narratives) Develop direct response copies & advertorials together with our copywriters Analyze campaign data & strategically advise customers Lead weekly reports & derive recommendations for action Help build the paid social area in the future & take on professional responsibility What you bring with you 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, focus on paid social Analytical thinking, quick pattern recognition, Deep understanding of digital marketingYou combine analytical thinking with creative flair to derive new creative ideas.
