Tasks Your tasks You accompany new practices through onboarding - from the initial setup to the smooth go-live. You support your customers throughout their entire life cycle, build real relationships and become a trusted contact. You recognize early on where there are problems and proactively ensure that your customers get the most out of our solution.
You work closely with our support, development and sales team and bring the practices' perspective into the company. You contribute directly to customer satisfaction, loyalty and recommendations.
Qualifications
Your profile We are not looking for a glossy CV - we are looking for people with drive, attitude and a genuine interest in our customers: Experience in customer contact: You already have experience in customer success, key account management or a comparable role - You know how to build and maintain customer relationships and lead them to long-term success. Healthcare in your blood: You know everyday life in practices, medical centers or clinics - be it from administration, reception, practice organization or a comparable role. Communication talent: You listen, ask the right questions and explain even complex things in a way that makes them stick.
On the phone, by email or in video. Proactive doer mentality: You don't wait for the problem to escalate, but approach your customers. You think along, get involved and stick with it until things run smoothly.
