Tasks Your tasks: You configure telephone systems for our customers. You independently process support tickets across all levels of complexity and ensure quick, sustainable solutions. You provide telephone support at peak times and in critical situations - with calm and technical competence.
You work closely with our development and customer success team and provide technical feedback from customer contact. You contribute directly to customer satisfaction and product quality.

Customer focus & communication: You explain technical issues in an understandable way and remain calm and solution-oriented even in critical situations. Empathy and technical skills are not mutually exclusive for you.
Willingness to learn & growth mindset: You want to grow with us - professionally, personally, entrepreneurially. You are open to feedback, test new approaches and celebrate learnings as well as successes. Language & style: You communicate clearly, empathetically and at eye level - verbally and in writing.
