We look after our companies intensively and know each one individually. We work from home across Germany, and AI is in everything we do. You win over tree care companies, support them and make them successful yourself.

From the first conversation to a satisfied, growing partner, everything is in one hand: yours. This role consciously combines both: winning and accompanying. You bring new partners on board, but it is just as important that you onboard, support and develop them afterwards.

If you just want to hunt, this is the wrong place. If you just want to manage, too. And you don't start from scratch: A lot of inquiries come in of their own accord, and we provide you with warm contacts for your initial discussions.

Cold calling is part of it, but it is not the focus. What you do Win: You conduct initial discussions with interested companies, mostly from warm contacts. You also approach suitable companies yourself, never in vain, because you have real references from the region behind you.

Convince: You conduct software demonstrations via video conference, honestly address concerns, build trust and conclude digitally. Onboarding: You set up the system for your new partners, train them and support them until everything runs smoothly in everyday life. Support and grow: You remain a permanent contact, answer questions and recognize where more value is possible, such as a professional website or online marketing.

You always drive meaningful upsells based on real added value. Bind: You ensure that your partners stay, recommend you to others and your partner base grows little by little. Your success grows with it.

Because many phases run in parallel, you prioritize wisely and keep your CRM clean so that nothing is left behind. What you earn Attractive fixed salary of around €55,000 plus an uncapped profit share, with an upward limit. If the target is achieved, around €80,000 per year.

You earn from sales, successful onboarding and upsells. The more real value you create, the more for you. From your home office throughout Germany.

What you bring with you You like to sell and win people over, on the phone, in video, at eye level. And then you like to do them successfully, patiently and conscientiously. Both have to suit you.

Head for complexity. You penetrate a broad ERP and explain it simply. Personal responsibility.

You want to be responsible for your own thing and don't need a driver. Digital and AI savvy, independent, flexible in terms of time. Some arborists only have time in the evening.

You don't have to come from the green industry. But you want to get to know her. Tree care has its own language and a surprisingly great community.

Our partners will take you along if you show genuine curiosity. Just one thing in advance: This is not a short stopover. It takes real training and time.
