Requirements

: - Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry. - Experience in a meat processing position. - Ability to manage a team. - Knowledge of English at a communicative level. - Willingness to work 50 hours a week, 5-6 days a week, including weekends. - References from previous jobs. To become a store manager, you must - Concentrate focus on business and strive for success.- Deliver exceptional customer service.- Be energetic and inspiring to the team.- Communicate effectively, be an innovator and be able to solve problems.- Strive for career development in management. Responsibilities:- Preparing orders and receiving deliveries.- Organizing and supervising the work of staff, including recruitment and training.- Motivating the team to achieve sales goals.- Analyzing and reporting sales results, optimizing costs.- Responding to non-standard situations. situations.- Taking care of the store's image in line with company standards.
