If you identify with a collaborative, curiosity-driven work environment, come build the future of technology with us.What you'll do hereDefine the long-term architectural vision and AI engineering standards for highly critical systemic products.Lead the evangelization, design and structuring of the cross-team native AI development ecosystem, including scalable SDD, Intent Development and Harness Engineering practices.Ensure technical and economic governance of AI models, balancing cost of tokens, latency, security (corporate guardrails) and data privacy.What we expect you to knowProven experience in generative AI, LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.), virtual assistant development and natural language processing (NLP).Practice with vector databases, embeddings, RAG (including GraphRAG), prompt engineering and context engineering.Experience with agent orchestration via code-first frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Strands, CrewAI, Autogen or similar), multi-step/multi-agent workflows with function calling and structured outputs.

Solid experience in backend development (Python or similar), microservices, event-driven architectures, AWS cloud governance (ECS, security, observability) and advanced model benchmarking/monitoring. Experience in developing and designing internal AI engineering frameworks, libraries or platforms for use by others teams. Mastery of the cycle assisted by code agents, standardization of Agent Skills, SDD (Spec-Driven Development) and Intent Development as robust architectural contracts interpretable by autonomous agents.
