About the Role
Couriers are at the heart of Deliveroo's marketplace. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for the future of the courier experience. In this role, you will join the Courier Experience organization.
You'll lead a team of designers working across the core rider journey - from onboarding and activation to offers, earnings, delivery execution, engagement, and long-term success on the platform.You will report into the Head of Design for Courier Experience.
