Your Mission Job description Within a team of 10 people, you will work on the following missions: 2. Operations on capital and social life 3. Exceptional missions Day-to-day management of a portfolio of companies Ensure the overall management of a portfolio of companies including monitoring and preparation of account approvals (excluding "strategic" files).

Take charge of current legal operations linked to the social life of companies, in particular: appointment or change of managers, transfer of head office, modification of the corporate purpose or company name, opening or closing of an establishment, change of closing date. Manage capital increase operations (by incorporation of reserves or by cash contribution). Ensure monitoring of situations of loss of equity and reconstitution operations.

Prepare and secure capital reduction operations motivated by losses. Write and follow various authorizations (loan, deposit, acquisition, etc.). Manage the formalities related to the activation, dormancy and extension of the duration of the company.

Manage exceptional operations such as early dissolution and liquidation without bonus. Process the addition of a brand or business name. Participate in the creation of companies (SCI, SARL, SAS, etc.).

Continue to carry out exceptional legal missions as needed. Required profile Holder of a minimum Bac +3 in law, you have at least 2 years' experience in corporate law, ideally acquired in an accounting firm or a law firm. Organized and autonomous, you demonstrate rigor and a good sense of priorities.

With excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and know how to listen. Responsive and comfortable in discussions, you also have strong editorial skills. Mastery of IT tools: Office Pack, Polyacte would be a plus.
