Your daily business - You consult our clients (all VC/PE-backed B2B SaaS and Tech-Scaleups) on GTM strategy execution from strategic design to full process implementation in GTM-tools. - You actively manage and communicate with key project stakeholders from operational GTM-leaders (Head of Marketing up to the CRO) and speak their language. - You go deep into the weeds of client data, run reports on marketing and sales performance and derive operational and strategic action items. - You own the implementation of key RevOps processes in CRMs and other Go-To-Market Tools (Sales Funnel Design, Marketing Attribution, Customer Renewal Management). - You find innovative ways to leverage AI and process automation to drive further revenue efficiency and growth for our clients. - You work in a team of RevOps consultants from Junior to Senior, sharing ideas & knowledge to make client projects successful.

- Experience: You have profound experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Success Operations in B2B SaaS startups or scale-ups. On top, you have a strong understanding of GTM-Strategies and related processes and KPIs (Attribution, Sales Territories, Funnel Velocity, CAC Payback). You have managed various GTM-Tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Planhat, Dreamdata, Clay) and leverage AI daily to drive efficiencies. - Mindset: You have a growth mindset and are actively looking for innovative ways to drive client results. - Passion: You love B2B SaaS business models and revenue funnels and are eager to optimize them to see your clients grow. - Growth: You want to grow not only in your career but also personally, and are eager to go full throttle with a team of A-players. - Language: You are fluent in English.
