Location: Remote (flexible) Scope: Part-time during the semester, optionally full-time during the semester break beatvest is the leading platform for certified, gamified financial education. We support banks and financial service providers in activating their users, building trust and increasing the use of their product landscapes. Our B2B SaaS solution is integrated directly into existing banking environments and transforms inactive app users into informed investors.

As a working student in Founders Associat AI & Automation, you will work closely with one of our founders and gain deep insight into the strategic and operational decision-making processes of a rapidly scaling FinTech startup. You will help us embed AI into our processes, products and customer solutions - with the clear goal of making financial knowledge more accessible, personalized and effective. Tasks In this role, you will actively shape our AI-First Transformation and work closely with founders, product, tech and content: AI-supported automation Conception, construction and further development of automations (that make internal processes and B2B customer setups scalable Development of AI-supported tools and processes to increase efficiency and product quality Customer support - you support customer support, also with innovative AI processes Data & insights Analysis of user KPIs, learning and engagement funnels as well as investment conversions with banking partners Derivation of data-based recommendations for product and feature prioritization - especially in the context of AI personalization AI product enablement Close collaboration with engineering and content to develop AI features, learning paths and personalization logic Support in the operationalization of AI models and internal AI agents that further optimize our B2B platform

Qualifications

🎯 Your profile 📚 Studies in data science, business informatics, Business administration, business mathematics or comparable 🌍 Very good German & English (B2/C1+), also in written form 🧠 Enthusiasm for financial markets and the topic of financial literacy 🛠️ Experience with automation tools (e.g. n8n, Airtable, Make, Zapier) or great interest in getting started 📊 Strong analytical skills, initial experience with SQL, Notion or BI tools an advantage 🎨 Excellent PowerPoint skills & good eye for presentations 💡 Structured, independent way of working & hands-on mentality
