In the AI-First workstream, we advance the productive use of artificial intelligence, develop automation for our core processes and enable our employees to use modern AI tools professionally.

We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d). Your tasks Implementation of automation (focus) You support the development of productive AI use cases - from the idea to the prototype to go-live. You develop, test and document prompts, workflows and automations using modern AI tools.

You will help build our internal knowledge wiki based on RAG and support the connection of relevant data sources. You create documentation, playbooks and support the standardization of our AI solutions. You will help make the success of our use cases measurable using relevant key figures.

Enablement of the organization You support the development and implementation of training courses, workshops and training courses around AI. You create practical learning materials, prompt collections and use case libraries. You support our power users through train-the-trainer approaches and the exchange of best practices.

You will be involved in AI Office Hours, hackathons and onboarding measures. You analyze the use of our AI tools and, together with the team, derive measures for further adoption. Your profile must-have You are studying (business) informatics, data science, industrial engineering, business administration with a tech affinity or a comparable course of study.

You have already worked intensively with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or comparable large language models and understand prompting as an engineering discipline. You have initial practical experience with Python, APIs or automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make or Zapier You work in a structured manner, document cleanly and have a high degree of initiative You can explain technical topics clearly and communicate confidently in German and English You still have at least 12 months of study ahead of you Nice-to-have You have gained initial experience with modern AI technologies such as the Microsoft AI stack, RAG, vector databases or AI orchestration frameworks You have a basic understanding of AI agents, MCP and current developments in the AI environment Ideally you already have Notion, SharePoint, Zoho or comparable knowledge management tools You are interested in AI governance, data protection and regulatory
