Qualifications

:10+ years of software engineering experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms5+ years of architecture experience defining solution, application, cloud, or enterprise architecturesDeep expertise in Microsoft Azure, including compute, networking, storage, identity, security, and platform servicesHands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML and generative AI solutionsStrong experience with enterprise data platforms, data architecture, analytics, and data governanceStrong programming skills in C#, Python, SQL, and modern software development frameworksExperience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, and DevOps practicesExperience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) and CI/CD pipelinesInsurance, financial services, or highly regulated industry experience preferredAzure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer, or related certifications preferredStrategic thinker with hands-on technical depth and the ability to balance architecture vision with delivery executionStrong communication, collaboration, leadership, and ownership skillsCompensation:This range represents the minimum and maximum annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range. The base pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, competence, and demonstration of proficiencies essential for the role.

The base pay is just one component of Talcott’s total annual compensation for employees.
