Łowiczanka Restaurant and Cafe MayaWe are a renowned Polish restaurant in the heart of Hammersmith, located in the building of the Polish Social and Cultural Center POSK. Due to management restructuring, expansion of our offer and creation of a friendly working environment, we are looking for candidates for the following positions in our two locations: Restauracja Łowiczanka and Cafe Maya: 1. Head Chef / Sous Chef: As Head Chef / Sous Chef you will have a key role in our kitchen, supporting the Chef in managing daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

will include, but are not limited to, preparing and presenting high quality food to our standards, managing inventory and orders, ensuring sanitation and food safety standards are met, supporting and training kitchen staff. Experience in Polish cuisine required. Salary range: GBP 30,000 - 45,000 per year.
